      Entertainment To Go Suggested Bar/Bat Mitzvah Format

Equipment Set Up:  It is our policy to complete the set up of the entire sound and lighting system no later than one hour prior to the start of the event.  Entertainment To Go uses state-of-the-art sound and lighting equipment to achieve the perfect sound quality and visual effect for dancing.

Background Music:  As your guest arrive we will play music to fit the chosen theme of the evening, if there is not a specific theme we will play a variety of music types to create a fun and upbeat atmosphere.  We pay close attention to the volume level to make sure that you and your guests are able to communicate with ease.

Activities/Games:  With most Bar/Bat Mizvah parties the young adults are ready for activities to begin as soon as possible.  Activities and games usually start as the adults enjoy a cocktail hour and may be stretched out throughout the course of the event, during this time the speakers may be directed away from the adults toward the area the games will take place.  A variety of inter-active games are available for you to choose from.

Dancers:  A Variety of line and inter-active dances are usually played during the course of the evening.  Professional dancers/party starters are available for hire, they help facilitate the games & activities and teach a variety of line dances throughout the event.

Music Library:  Our music library includes hits from the 1950's to the most popular top 40 dance hits of today.  Our DJ's are experts at programming music to entertain and inspire everyone to dance and inter-act together.  We are extremely careful not to play any music with explicit lyrics or music that may offend any of your guest.  Only the best music from the most poplular artists from a variety of years and genres. 

Give-A-Ways:  Entertainment To Go does not provide give-a-way items for our clients events.  We do have sources where items may be purchased and we are happy to help you select and order these items.  We will also distribute any give-a-way items during the course of your event.  Some popular give-a-ways include:
